The Claim
A post on Twitter shares the COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card of the singer Jake Flint. The caption of the post reads, “ Jake Flint, 37, died on his wedding night. No cause has been released. “We should be going through wedding photos but instead I have to pick out clothes to bury my husband in. People aren’t meant to feel this much pain. My heart is gone,” his wife wrote. #SuddenDeath #vaccines.”

Have Covid-19 vaccines increased the number of deaths?
No. Studies have not shown any major cases of adverse events for Covid-19 vaccines. Also, data is being monitored constantly by multiple countries, and no major incident has been reported anywhere.
Moreover, Covid-19 vaccines have reduced the number of deaths. The World Health Organization has come up with strategies to make vaccines accessible to everyone throughout the globe.
Hans Henri P. Kluge, WHO Regional Director for Europe, says, “COVID-19 has exacted a devastating death toll in our region, but we can now categorically say that without COVID-19 vaccines as a tool to contain this pandemic, many more people would have died.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website claims “lower rates of non–COVID-19 mortality among vaccinated persons compared with unvaccinated persons.”
Did Jake Flint die due to COVID vaccine?
No. There is no evidence that country music singer Jake Flint died from the COVID-19 vaccine. Jake Flint did indeed receive the COVID vaccine. But, there is no report which confirms that he died due to the vaccine. Clif Doyal, a publicist for Flint, confirmed in a mail to a media house that Jake Flint’s sudden and tragic death was not related in any way to the COVID-19 vaccine.
Therefore, the claim stands false until proven otherwise.
