Where does nattokinase come from?
Nattokinase is an enzyme that came from a traditional Japanese fermented soybean dish called ‘natto’. It is a fermented soybeans with a specific strain of bacteria called Bacillus subtilis var. natto. During the fermentation process, this bacteria produces the enzyme nattokinase, which has been studied for its potential health benefits.
What are the benefits of nattokinase?
Nattokinase (NK) is an effective, cost-efficient, and natural remedy for heart and cardiovascular issues. Both animal and human trials confirm NK’s potential to support the circulatory system by thinning blood and dissolving clots. Does Nattokinase dissolve the spike protein present in the covid 19 virus?

There are few vitro studies, particularly conducted by Japanese researchers, that have suggested that nattokinase might break down the spike proteins of the covid 19 virus. However, it’s crucial to be cautious with such findings because vitro studies occur in controlled lab settings. It can be misleading due to various external factors like temperature, humidity, and pH. It’s vital to remember that just because something works inside lab doesn’t mean it will work the same way inside our bodies.

Research indicates that nattokinase, a component of natto, exhibits a degradative impact on HBV 1 and SARS CoV viruses. This action involves inhibiting the S protein and ACE receptor. It’s crucial to note that while these effects are studied, no concrete scientific evidence from human trials supports these findings. As promising as these initial results may be, further research is required to fully comprehend the potential benefits of natto in such contexts.”
