The Claim
“COVID Vaccines Here NO Appointment Needed. Don’t forget to donate your childrens organs,” reads the banner in the photo put up by a Facebook user. The user has marked the portion related to children’s organ donation with a red circle. The post can be seen here and a screenshot is given below.

Is the photo real?
No. The photo is altered.
The photo was of a mobile COVID-19 vaccination site at the team’s training camp location England’s rugby team New England Patriots. The banner can be seen in the match commentary video here (at 1:54 )

The original banner had a caption written in Spanish which was altered to produce the fake message about children’s organ donation.
