Epiphanyrevealed नामक टिकटक आइडीमा पोस्ट गरिएको भिडियोमा हिमालयन नुनसँग कागतीको रस सेवन गर्दा केही मिनेटमै माइग्रेन निको हुने दाबी गरिएको छ ।

भिडियोको थमनेलमा भनिएको छ- ‘यदि तपाईं माइग्रेनबाट पीडित हुनुहुन्छ भने दुखाइ निको पार्न औषधिहरू प्रयोग गर्नु अघि तपाईंले निश्चित रूपमा निम्न उपायहरू प्रयास गर्नुपर्छ : यो सरल छ, किनकि तपाईंलाई केवल १.४ चम्चा हिमालयन गुलाबी नुन, २ चम्चा कागतीको रस, एक गिलास पानी चाहिन्छ ।’

माइग्रेन के हो?

माइग्रेन एक गम्भीर टाउको दुखाइको समस्या हो जुन सामान्यतया टाउकोको एक छेउमा असर गर्छ। यस रोगका लक्षणहरूमा टाउको दुख्ने, वाकवाकी लाग्ने र प्रकाश र ध्वनिप्रति संवेदनशीलता समावेश हुन्छ। टाउको दुख्ने र वाकवाकी लाग्ने समस्या केही घण्टादेखि दुई दिनसम्म रहन्छ।

माइग्रेनका विषयमा अमेरिकन माइग्रेन फाउन्डेसनले आफ्नो वेबसाइटमा उल्लेख गरेको छ,‘अध्ययनहरूले माइग्रेन एक आनुवंशिक रोग रहेको देखाएको छ तर वातावरण, जीवनशैली र खानपानले कति पटक माइग्रेन हुन्छ भन्नेमा ठूलो भूमिका खेल्छ ।’

माइग्रेन समस्याका विषयमा हामीले न्यूरोलोजिस्ट डा.पवन राजसँग परामर्श गरेका छौँ । उनी भन्छन्,’माइग्रेन एक बहुआयामिक र जटिल विकार हो, यसमा आनुवंशिक कारक, वातावरणीय कारक, तनाव र कमोरबिड अवस्था लगायतका धेरै कारणहरू निहित हुन्छन् तर पर्यवेक्षण अध्ययनहरूले देखाएको छ कि आहारले कहिलेकाहीँ दुखाइ सुरु हुन् भूमिका खेल्छ ।’

चकलेट, सिट्रस फलफूल, नट, आइसक्रिम, टमाटर, प्याज, डेयरी उत्पादनहरू, मादक पेय पदार्थ, कफी, क्याफिन, मोनोसोडियम ग्लुटामेट (MSG), हिस्टामाइन लगायतका खनेकुरालाई माइग्रेन दुखाइ सुरु हुनेका आहार रुपमा पहिचान गरिएको छ । तर, प्रस्तुत भनाईका विपरित एक अनुसन्धान पत्रले कागतीले टाउको दुखाइ बढाउने जानकारी दिइएको छ ।

कागतीको रस, नुन र मह माइग्रेनको प्राकृतिक उपचार हो ?

हिमालयन गुलाबी नुनको अत्याधिक सेवनले शरीरमा सोडियम कम हुन्छ, यसले हल्का टाउको दुख्ने र माइग्रेन जस्तै गम्भीर टाउको दुख्ने समस्या निम्त्याउन सक्ने जाकारी २०१६ मा प्रकाशित एक शोध पत्रले दिन्छ । हिमालयन गुलाबी नुनले माइग्रेन आक्रमणको अवस्थालाई केही घटाउन सक्ने जानकारीसमेत हामीले एउटा वेबसाइट भेट्टायौं ।

वेबसाइटका अनुसार हिमालयन गुलाबी नुनमा इलेक्ट्रोलाइट्सका साथै ८४ विभिन्न आवश्यक खनिजहरू हुन्छन् र यसले हाम्रो मस्तिष्कको कोशिकाहरूको गतिविधिलाई तिखार्न सक्छ।

हिमालयन गुलाबी नुनको  सेवनले पोषक तत्वमा चिकित्सकीय रूपमा महत्त्वपूर्ण योगदान नगर्ने गुलाबी नुन र टेबल नुनको रासायनिक संरचनाको तुलना गर्ने एक अनुसन्धान पत्रले देखाएको छ । 

उपलब्ध प्रमाणले यो पनि देखाउँछ कि नुनले माइग्रेनको आवृत्ति बढाउन सक्छ । अर्को प्रमाणले माइग्रेन रोगीहरूले माइग्रेन दुखाइ सुरु गर्ने खानाहरू पहिचान गरेमा, तिनीहरूको सेवनलाई सीमित गरेमा माइग्रे रोगको दुखाइ कम गर्न प्रभावकारी र भरपर्दो हुने जानकारी दिएको छ ।

यसबाहेक, चिनीयुक्त खानेकुरा खाँदा शरीरमा अतिरिक्त इन्सुलिन उत्पादन र निस्कासन हुन सक्छ। यसले सुगर क्र्यास र रगतमा चिनीको स्तर बढाउन सक्छ । ग्लुकोजको कम स्तरले केही मानिसहरूलाई माइग्रेनको दुखाइ बढाउन सक्छ । 

कागतीको रस प्रयोगले माइग्रेनलाई निको पार्न सक्छ भन्ने दाबीलाई पुष्टि गर्ने कुनै वैज्ञानिक प्रमाण पनि फेला पार्न सकिएन । प्रस्तुत दाबी वैज्ञानिक अनुसन्धानमा आधारित नभएर कुनै किस्साजन्य सामग्री देखिन्छ ।
