What does health mean to you?
Health is something that, if you take care of it now, will stack up over time to help you remain fit for a longer duration. It enables you to work better, set better goals, have a clearer mind, and much more.
What are the top three books that have inspired and motivated you the most?
Zero to One by Peter Thiel
Blake Masters, Start with Why by Simon Sinek
Hacking Health by Mukesh Bansal
Is there any morning routine you swear by?
Yes, coffee, followed by creatine and a scoop of whey protein.
What drives you to stay consistent with your daily workouts?
I love rituals, and working out is one of the rituals that helps me manage any stress I encounter throughout the day. As a CEO, life can be very stressful, but working out is one thing I would never compromise on.
Is there any health trend you are currently obsessed with?
I’m not someone who follows health trends when it comes to workouts and food/nutrition. However, one trend I do follow is calorie tracking.
On a scale of 1-5, how healthy do you feel now?
I would say a 4.
Any health myths you thought were true?
Working out six days a week can be beneficial, but the truth is that it’s not necessary. Working out three to four days a week can get you to peak fitness just as effectively.
