When a patient knowledgeable or knows the basic information, they are going to trust the doctor and the treatment. They will know what to do and can avoid mistakes in the future.

Medical misinformation can significantly impact treatment procedures. If patients don’t follow the proper guidelines out of any possible misinformation, their medications might not work effectively.
