What does health mean to you?
For me, health is more than just the absence of any illness. It’s about feeling well enough, both physically and mentally, to fully participate in and enjoy my life. Health is the foundation that allows me to live a fulfilling and meaningful life.
What book are you currently reading? Which book has had the most significant impact on your professional life?
I don’t have a lot of time to read now, but I used to read a lot when I was young. One of the books that stuck with me was Wings of Fire by Dr APJ Abdul Kalam.
Does your personal approach to health influence the strategies and campaigns at Pee Safe?
My whole team, my family and even my wife, go ahead by taking small steps every day. Being disciplined, eating right, and giving some time to our body leads to better health and of course sustainability. If I use sustainable products, my campaigns will be influenced by our daily choices.
How do you balance your demanding role with maintaining your personal health and well-being?
Discipline is key. I get up early in the morning and finish my workout. Then I focus on work and take small breaks in between.
Can you give us a sneak peek into your typical day?
I wake up early, around 5:00 AM. I take some time for myself, check my phone, finish my emails, and address anything requiring immediate attention. Then, I go for a walk and try to spend some time with my parents. I aim to finish everything by 7:00 AM. I leave for the office around 9:30 AM almost every day and then begin my work. In the evenings, I return home, spend some time with my wife, and we watch some TV. Afterward, I check my phone and scan social media trends. Recently, I’ve developed a hobby of music, so I’ve started making time for that as well.
Is there any morning routine you swear by?
Getting up early. It’s a real game-changer.
On a scale of 1-5, how healthy do you feel now?
Absolute five
Any health trends you are currently obsessed with?
Not really. I am not into health trends.
What is your work-life balance mantra?
I think that you don’t need a work-life balance. If you stop delaying the deliverables, focusing on eight hours is all you need.
Pee Safe places a strong emphasis on inclusivity and gender sensitivity. What makes this cause so close to your heart?
It’s the people surrounding me. My team, how the communication is happening right now with Gen Z, and what the customer wants to see and hear. We are all about inclusivity.
