The best part of treating patients is getting them healed.
When is a patient easy to treat?
It is easy to treat when patients believe in the natural system of medicine and give time to the body to heal.
When is a patient difficult to treat?
It becomes difficult when patients do not have faith in the system. They don’t want to wait for the treatment to work as natural medicine takes time to work.
How helpful is it to the treatment course, if the patient is knowledgeable about the treatment procedure, benefits, risks etc.?
It is very helpful because in that case we just have to nudge them towards the right course of treatment. It will save time and energy as we would not need to explain each and every aspect of the treatment to the patient.
How can a patient improve their knowledge about the treatment procedure?
Experiencing and getting the result of the treatment.
How medical misinformation act as a problem in the overall treatment procedure?
Medical misinformation is a serious problem. I come across a lot of patients who get false and unverified medical information from various platforms including social media and opt for unreliable methods of treatment as a result. This can lead to serious health concerns.
A few advice that you always give to your patients…
I always advice my patients to create an understanding about their bodies and give them a chance to heal by themselves.
