The relation of cholesterol and cancer has been researched but has never been well established. One research done on Korean men and women found some links between high cholesterol and some cancers like liver, stomach etc.
Another research published on breastcancer.org, looks at Relationship Between High Cholesterol and Lower Breast Cancer Risk
The researchers found that women with high cholesterol were 45% less liked to be diagnosed with breast cancer than women without high cholesterol.
An article published on the website of The American Institute for Cancer Research talks about the connection between high cholesterol diet and cancer.
Research has not shown a link between dietary cholesterol and cancer risk. Yet while dietary cholesterol may not have a direct effect on cancer risk, a diet high in cholesterol often includes high amounts of foods that could affect cancer risk.
High BP and high cholesterol leads to other issues like obesity etc. which in turn can increase the chance of cancer.
